am a sucker for yogurt..
and berries.
and granola.

finding a method of "how to" for a jar of parfait is like one wow moment for myself. i can't stop making it - with berries or without berries, all are acceptable. sometimes, i even have it for dinner. 
i. just. can't. stop.
parfait in popsicle is another big thing!

i bought this popsicle molds after months in doubt whether to buy it or to ignore the voice in my head. in moment like this, i think y'all know that either now or later, i would buy it; it's just a matter of time (yes, it is!).

although at first i only wanted to make fruit popsicles, because of the pretty colours in it, i canceled the original plan and went with the parfait popsicles. didn't regret it at all! it has yogurt's sour taste plus little sweetness from honey, mixed with granola taste and smells of berries. heaven.

p.s.: the recipe suggested 3 cups of berries, but in the end, i had quite a lot of leftover. maybe, can try to use 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 cups of berries to reduce the leftover.

Berries Yogurt Popsicles with Granola (make 6 popsicles)

1 1/2 cups of blueberry
1 1/2 cups of strawberry, chopped
1 1/4 cups of yogurt (or 1 cup of Greek yogurt + 1/4 cup of milk)
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup honey + 2 tbsp.

Wash the berries and mix it in one medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup of honey into the bowl and mix it with the berries.

Microwave on high for 3-4 mins (depending on your microwave), until the berries become jam-y. Let it cool.

Pour yogurt in a bowl, mix with 2 tbsp of honey. Add in granola into the honey yogurt mixture.

Pour the yogurt mixture into the mold. Then layer it with the fruit jam. Then yogurt again. And so on until the mold are full with the mixtures.

Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
